Если Вы, самостоятельно обновляли Sync или заменили модуль APIM, то пришлите нам, актуальную информацию о Вашем программном обеспечении используя диагностическую утилиту: Sync Status Checker Скачиваете, распаковываете, копируете в корень USB флешки файлы: autoinstall.lst, install.lst и папку SyncMyRide. Вставляете USB флешку в USB HUB автомобиля, ждёте сообщения об успешной инсталляции файлов, извлекаете USB флешку из автомобиля, подключаете флешку к ПК, в папке SyncMyRide на флешке должен появится файл с Вашим серийным номером ESN и VIN номером Вашего авто в формате .XML вложите его к сообщению и отправьте нам.

- Для включения навигации в щитке приборов Ford Explorer с 2011-необходимо поправить As-Built в модуле IPC 720-01-01 E5C0 6FFE 245F на E5C2 6FFE 2461
- Для включения навигации в щитке приборов Ford Mondeo/Fusion с 2014- необходимо поправить As-Built в модуле IPC 720-05-01 с D8A8 0100 00AE на D8B8 0100 00BD

После получения информации от Вас, мы высылаем Вам по электронной почте ссылку на архив с лицензией на навигацию SYNC, необходимо распаковать содержимое архива на чистую ранее отформатированную USB флешку в формате FAT или FAT32. Подключить USB флешку к медиа хабу автомобиля, после сообщения на дисплее об успешной установке, извлечь USB флешку и сделать полный сброс SYNC.
4. Назад к содержимомуHi all, we just bought our 2011 Flex Limited and when adding it to my Ford profile, it indicated that there is an outstanding upgrade to sync V4.4. A couple of things though, I can't seem to download the file, I'm on a mac running safari, not sure if that's the issue, secondly, the car seems to be running the original V3.2, installed in November 2010, is it worth upgrading? If so, any suggestions on how I might be able to download the file, I called sync support and they told me that I had to clear my browser history so that was about as helpful as any support call I've ever had!Ford Sync Version 4.4 Download
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, my wife and I are both on iPhones and both use Bluetooth Audio streaming regularly, it works right now but runs into issues when both of our phones are in the car, it can't find my wife's phone etc...
